This session will be presented by Cindy Meyer. Since 2009, Cindy has been the owner of Intouch Management, a productivity partner for project-based companies to scale their business and team performance, and a Principal at Process Triage. Intouch Management is best known for their ONE DAY workshops that map the process, the obstacles, and the improvement plans for companies’ most important goals.
Prior to 2009, Cindy had a career as an engineering and operations executive at AT&T and Sprint. In her last role, she led strategic planning, operations improvement, and project management for a 10,000-person organization. She and her teams were known for their simplified approach for getting things done that others could not.
Cindy is a certified Process Triage facilitator, Project Management Professional, business coach, and Total Quality Facilitator. Along with an MBA in business operations, she is an engineering graduate from Kansas State University. She encourages women and minorities to pursue engineering and project management careers through her national speaking engagements, mentoring, and scholarship funding.
