Kim Specker, certified ICF Leadership and Life coach and founder and leader of RARE Transformation, LLC will present “The ABC’s of Resilience.”

The word ‘resilience’ comes from the Latin word, ‘resilio’ which means ‘to bounce back.’ The greatest way to grow your resilience is to increase your emotional capacity through intentional exercises that build the "relationship center" of the brain. The more emotional capacity (resilience) one has, the more difficulties one can handle before getting overwhelmed and either melt down, shut down, or blow up.

The good news is that you are not stuck with the level of emotional capacity you currently have — there are ways to grow it! There is hope!

Join us for this free 45-minute Zoom webinar where Kim will share practical ways and interactive exercises to help you grow your emotional capacity and resilience. You will leave feeling more energized and hopeful.

From Vision to Victory: Chart your course and set sail toward your destination in 2021

According to research outlined in Harvard Business Review, 90 percent of businesses fail to meet their strategic targets. The same research reveals that 85 percent of executive leadership teams spend less than one hour per month discussing strategy, and 50 percent spend no time at all. Furthermore, on average, 95 percent of a company’s employees do NOT understand its strategy. How can a company expect to achieve anything strategic when the employees don’t even understand the strategy?!

Strategic thinking takes practice, and we’ve got the tools to simplify it for you. Our process helps leaders position their companies to be in the 10 percent who DO achieve their goals. We also help you share it with your employees, so all the oars are rowing in the same direction.

From Vision to Victory will be a highly engaging 60-minute workshop presented by Kelly Byrnes, CEO and Founder of Voyage Consulting Group, for our NAWBO chapter. You will have the opportunity to design a one-page strategic plan, set relevant goals, and identify systems to support your year. You can aim high and achieve your goals!

Mental Foritude for You and Your People

We thought business was VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) before the pandemic hit, then coronavirus spread like wildfire, businesses closed, and pepole were sent home for good or to set up offices on top of their kitchen tables. Parents were expected to homeschool their children, Zoom meetings all day, and social distance from everyone. After three months of virtual living and operations, our world changed again with civil unrest. Mental fortitude can help leaders gain some perspective and control over the VUCA'ness of 2020. Join us for this engaging session presented by Kelly Byrnes, Founder and CEO of Voyage Consulting Group.

This meeting is free, but pre-registration through Zoom is required.
